The journey towards motherhood is one of the most important turns in a woman’s life. Our packages are designed to promote physical, mental as well as spiritual health of the mother and child. Here are some do’s and don’ts for healthy pregnancy and delivery:

The mother-to-be should:

  • Always try to stay stress-free
  • Maintain a healthy and balanced diet
  • Give importance to hygiene
  • Avoid wearing tight clothes
  • Avoid excessive sex particularly during early and late pregnancy
  • Avoid sleeping during the day time and staying awake at night
  • Avoid overeating and fasting

She should be given proper care even after delivery. The motherhood program (Soothika Paricharanam) focuses on pre as well as post delivery care.
