The fitness treatment at She Ayurveda prioritise on diet and exercise. Yoga and counselling provided at the centre has a great impact on physical and mental dosha balance. Each dosha is naturally depended to certain activities. To achieve balanced body and mind, doshas should be complemented by their energetic opposites.

Before starting the treatment, we analyse the individual’s health and identifies the dosha. This helps us recommend them dosha-specific fitness treatment. Exercises, yoga and diet are the major activities along with counselling.
